වර්තමානයේ ප්‍රචලිතම device එකක් ලෙස USB port එක හැදින්විය හැක.එනම් අපේ
සියලුම තොරතුරු ඇතුල් කරන්නේ පිට කරන්නේ USB port එක හරහා නිසා.plug and play යන පහසුකමත් සමග ඕනම
කෙනෙකුට මෙම USB port එක හරහා දන්නා ලබාගැනීමට , virus, ඇතුල් කිරීමට හැකියාව ලැබේ
.මේ හේතුවෙන් පරිගණකයේ තොරතුරු වැල සුරක්ෂිත බාවය නැතිවි යාමට හැක.මෙම තත්වය වලක්
වා ගැනීමට අපිට USB port එක දිසබ්ලේ කර තැබිය හැක.
මේ සදහා පහත පියවර අනුගමනය කරන්න.මේ ටික කඩ්ඩෙන් තියෙන්න
.
1. Click on Start.
2. Click on Run. If you
cannot find RUN, type it in the search box.
3. Type
"regedit" without quotes. This will launch the Registry Editor.
4. Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\usbstor.
5. In the work area,
double click on Start.
6. In the Value Data box,
enter 4.
7. Click on OK.
8. Close Registry Editor
and refresh your desktop.
9. To re-enable access to
your USB ports, enter 3 in the Value Data box in Step 6
ඉහත පියවර අනුගමය කිරීමෙන් USB port එක Disable කල හැක.පත් එක අනුව value box 4 දැමු විට.port එක
දිසබ්ලේ වන අතර නැවත value box 3 දැමු විට USB port එක Enable වේ.
- මෙය Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 විතරයි support කරන්නේ.
